Despite Trump's repeated false claims that the US is winning his war against Iran, we are in fact losing on all fronts. In the latest humiliating US defeat, a lightening Houthi offensive in Yemen has succeeded in capturing the entire Western Yemeni coast giving them effective control of the Bab el Mandeb Strait, through which ten percent of the world's oil flows, earlier today. Iran has launched 5-8 nuclear-capable hypersonic Anti-Ship Ballistic Missiles at the USS George Washington and a destroyer escort. It has bombed US military bases in Jordan, and damaging nine combat aircraft and seriously wounding numerous US airmen.

Meanwhile, Iran continues to strike multiple US aligned tankers along the Omani Strait and elsewhere throughout the Persian Gulf. Now, oil prices are spiking to $109 with diesel at an all-time high driving the price of food, fuel and everything else Americans buy much higher than it was before the war. All for a war Trump continues to fight on the false pretense that if Iran had nukes they would immediately use them on Israel.
