While headlines blast that the U.S. naval blockade on Iran is lifting, Professor Robert Pape warns that Trump’s hidden conditions are essentially demanding complete Iranian capitulation. 

Professor Pape argued that by demanding zero shipping tolls and the right to place U.S. personnel on the ground to destroy nuclear material, Washington is publicly proposing terms Tehran has absolutely no intention of swallowing.
