Who are these people? Well, Akane is the PRESIDENT of the International Criminal Court, and Seye is the Senior Trial Lawyer leading work in the ICC’s “Situation in the State of Palestine”.
Why are they being sanctioned?
One reason: The ICC has an active arrest warrant against one Benjamin.
