Marco Rubio’s mafia-like threats and abuses of power must be confronted with international solidarity. All states, beginning with the 125 states parties of the ICC, and all others that value the rule of law, have a duty to take concrete action to protect those targeted by the US-Israel Axis, to block the effects of these lawless sanctions, and to work to hold these perpetrators in the US & Israel accountable, no matter how long it takes.
