During and after the Nazi Holocaust, Jewish refugees were prevented from coming to the US. The Zionist movement lobbied for this policy, wanting as many Jewish survivors as possible to be forced to emigrate to Palestine and take part in the fight to colonize Palestinian land. That act of collusion was integral to the creation of Israel. Now, once again, the US and Israel collaborate to keep out victims of a Holocaust. History repeats itself:
