This is a serious escalation of the campaign to protect Israel against the charge of ‘genocide’, the worse because @HolocaustUK
 sanctioned it. In order to ‘shame’ and intimidate us, @simon_schama
 deliberately equates genocide with the Holocaust, although he must know that international law defines it more broadly. A nasty, aggressive approach, designed not just to deflect ‘genocide’ but to entirely minimise Israel’s huge record of atrocities.
