The truth about October 7 is not a story of intelligence failure. It is a story of deliberate inaction, convenient blindness, and the most destructive cover up in modern history.

Let us start with the blueprint. More than a year before the attack, Israeli officials possessed a detailed 40 page Hamas plan called Jericho Wall. It described rocket barrages, drone strikes on security cameras, and waves of gunmen storming the border. That is precisely what unfolded on October 7. The intelligence was not missing. It was dismissed. Analysts called it imaginative. Warnings from Unit 8200 in July 2023 were ignored. The government knew. They simply chose not to act.

Now consider the testimony of Itamar Ben Gvir, Israel's National Security Minister. He stood before a crowd and declared that he begged the cabinet to bomb Gaza before October 7. He said, let us bomb Gaza, let us bomb Gaza, let us bomb Gaza. And what was the response? They looked at me like I was crazy. This is not a man guessing after the fact. This is a senior minister admitting that the threat was discussed at the highest level. If Ben Gvir saw it coming, so did Netanyahu. So did the generals. So did the entire war cabinet. They watched the storm gather and did nothing to stop it.

Why? Because they needed October 7 to happen. They needed a catastrophe to justify the catastrophe they had already planned for Gaza.

They called it self defense. But self defense does not require ignoring a blueprint for a year. Self defense does not require killing your own people. Self defense does not require fabricating a narrative to erase your own culpability.
