No matter what happened in the Middle East, U.S support for Israel remained constant. Ana thinks that era is over.
She says no amount of censorship, algorithm manipulation, PR campaigns, or accusations of antisemitism can undo what people have watched unfold with their own eyes over the past three years.
The images are already out there, and the opinions have already changed.
She pointed to polling showing growing criticism of Israel, including among American Jews.
Younger generations simply aren't accepting the old narratives anymore, and politicians haven't caught up yet.
Congress continues backing policies that growing numbers of Americans reject, and the gap between public opinion and political decision-making keeps getting wider.
While Israel's current strategy may be winning individual military victories, she argues it's simultaneously making Israel less secure over the long term.
Every new conflict and escalation creates more resistance abroad while eroding support in the one country Israel has depended on more than any other.
That's why she thinks this isn't just another foreign policy debate, it's a political realignment.
The old assumptions that protected Israel in Washington are beginning to break down, and once public opinion changes, politicians eventually have to decide whether to change with it or fight against it.
And Ana thinks that battle has already turned against Israel.
