Due to Trump's decision to start two wars with Iran, the chances of Iran building nuclear weapons right now are much higher because the IAEA has lost the chain of custody of nuclear materials. Before the war, Iran's HEU stockpiles were inspected weekly, but since Trump started bombing it last years ago, Iran stopped allowing any IAEA inspections of their nuclear production sites.
