Israel has one of its biggest goals: having an (Arab cover) for its crimes, a curtain to hide behind to justify and entrench the occupation, and to turn the story of "liberating Palestine" into a historical illusion that cannot be achieved.

This cover won't be achieved except through comprehensive normalization with the largest and most important Arab countries

Egypt with its diplomatic, military, cultural, and human weight, and Saudi Arabia with its religious weight, spiritual centrality, and economic power.

These two countries in particular, if they normalize with Israel, everyone will normalize..

Saudi Arabia has clearly announced more than once (no normalization without a Palestinian state, with its capital in East Jerusalem) 

Why?

First: Saudi Arabia knows that normalization without Palestine = a fig leaf for Israel only and a cover for its crimes, and this is from the wisdom of the Al Saud family, who remain steadfast in their position despite the enormous American pressures..and history will bear witness to them for this great moral stance..

Second: Because any normalization without a Palestinian solution will ignite the Arab and Islamic street, and give the resistance axis an excuse to classify the rulers as traitors and conspirators against Arab and Islamic blood. 

In 2002, Saudi Arabia proposed the Arab Peace Initiative, which included Israel's withdrawal to the 1967 borders in exchange for comprehensive normalization. Israel rejected it because it wants free normalization that expresses Arab subservience and submission to Israel

Today, after the genocide in  #Gaza and what followed, the initiative has become stronger... because Palestinian blood has reunited Arab public opinion and given a moral dimension to the resistance axis after its major demonization before the Al-Aqsa Flood battle..and Saudi Arabia still raises the initiative as a comprehensive solution that restores stability to the region

Remember when I told you that the first wave of normalization (UAE + Morocco + Bahrain + Sudan) was a mistake?..Because the nature of Israel is not a state of peace, especially in this phase under the control of the Likud Party over the government and culture—meaning Likud there isn't just politics, it's an extremist religious culture that's been in control for 50 years, and normalization with this culture means normalization with the shedding of Arab blood, and acceptance of groveling to the Tel Aviv criminals and marketing their religious project (the Promised Land).

And I also said that these countries will lose—if they don't lose popular support for the regime there locally, they will lose Arab and Islamic support, and a black circle will be drawn around them that tightens more, and the popular and official pressure increases more..and all because of the second clause that Saudi Arabia doesn't want to normalize over.

The Gulf countries face an educated young generation on social media who see Palestine as an identity issue, not just a side conflict, and this means that normalization without a Palestinian state = a spark for new revolutions perhaps stronger than 2011, and therefore linking it to the Palestinian state is a safety valve that preserves internal stability and people's unity, entrenches popular legitimacy, and increases connection between the ruler and the public..

As for Egypt, it signed a peace treaty with Israel since 1979, but it has never normalized popularly, and the Egyptian street views Israel as an enemy, not a partner of any kind..

Egypt is the only country that imposed real conditions on Israel in Camp David when it regained all of Sinai (about half of Sinai at the time was in Israel's possession) and Egypt received military and economic aid, but the peace remained cold to this day. As for now, especially after the genocide in Gaza, any normalization would be political suicide for any Egyptian regime, and the people will not accept any population transfer or displacement project, because one of the goals of normalization is to relocate Gaza's residents and turn it into an Israeli tourist resort

In short: Trump and Netanyahu see peace from above, deals between rulers, corruption, weapons, economy, but true peace for Egypt and Saudi Arabia is from below, the one the peoples believe in, and therefore this normalization for the two countries is linked to solving the Palestinian issue and ending the occupation..

Trump wants to produce a new Sadat... but the world has changed..

Sadat achieved individual peace at the time but lost the Egyptian and Arab street, and unfortunately became a victim of his decision. As for today, after the genocide in Gaza and the war on #Iran, the street is stronger and social media is faster, and any normalization without Palestine = a ticking time bomb.
