 Washington is struggling to wake up from its unipolar dream, even as the world shifts toward a definitive multipolar reality. 

Ex-CIA Ray McGovern argues that the only "win" left for the U.S. might be to repackage an Iranian nuclear stalemate as a diplomatic victory to save face. 

Ray believes that unless leaders drop the delusional mindset that they can stop China’s rise, the American public will be the ones paying the price at the gas pump.
