 Joe Rogan and Scott Horton just asked the question most people are afraid to ask about the Iraq War.

Was it ever about WMDs? Or was it always about the $5-10T that followed?

Regime change took 5 weeks. The billing took 20 years.

Defense contractors helped build the case for profit from the war.

"5 or 10 trillion. Let's just say 5. Let's be nice. Where's that money going?"

The answer is pretty obvious when you look at who got the contracts.

History keeps showing that the longest, most expensive wars tend to be the most profitable ones for people who never set foot on a battlefield.
