 The U.S. has shown flexibility on limits to Iran's nuclear work, a senior Iranian source tells Reuters.

- Washington has agreed to unfreeze only 25% of Iranian funds on a phased timetable
- Tehran is demanding full access to all frozen assets and a complete lifting of sanctions
- Iran's revised proposal calls for a permanent end to the war, full sanctions removal, and reopening of the Strait
- Nuclear negotiations would be pushed to a later stage
