No one in Palestine cared that the Zionists were Jews.
Jews had been moving to Palestine for centuries. There were more than 10,000 Ashkenazi Jews who had migrated from Europe to Palestine over the centuries before a single Zionist moved to Palestine.
These Ashkenazi Jews immigrated for spiritual, not political or colonial reasons, and they were welcome. palestinenexus.com/articles/pales
There were also Bosnian and other immigrants to Palestine.
But the Bosnian immigrants did not try to transform Palestine into a Bosnian paradise, to change the language, culture, identity of the country from Palestinian Arab to Bosnian.
They did not attempt to buy up land in Palestine and kick out the Palestinians, because they weren’t Bosnian. And the. Establish a Bosnian state in Palestine.
The Ashkenazi Jews before 1878 and Bosnians immigrated to Palestine. The Zionists colonized Palestine. Get the difference?
