"Frozen assets", Iran isn't asking for "aid". It's demanding the return of its own money, held hostage by illigal sanctions.
The US uses financial access as perpetuel leverage.

On Lebanon Iran is saying plainly — there is no deal that leaves Lebanon exposed to Israel military occupation. This is where transcends diplomacy not only for itself, for the entire axis of resistance.
