Iran is on the verge of cancelling peace negotiations because Trump continues to demand Iran give up all 23,000 pounds of its enriched uranium in addition to the ten year moratorium on enrichment they have offered under the draft peace framework agreement. As Joe Kent has stated enrichment was a poison pill demand made at the behest of the Israelis to ensure negotiations failed and that the US would remain embroiled in a never ending war with Iran on behalf of Israel.
