A reminder that the Omani Foreign Minister said, on the eve of the war, that Iran had agreed to downblending, zero stockpiling and IAEA verification.

Trump appears to have shifted to accepting the Iranian proposal for downblending their enriched uranium at home under IAEA supervision instead of shipping it to the U.S. 

If put into effect this would remove another serious barrier to a negotiated settlement.
