In 1999, British Gas estimated 1.1 trillion cubic feet of natural gas and 1.7 billion barrels of oil off Gaza’s coast. Palestinians have seen none of it. If Israel fully seizes Gaza, depopulates it, and annexes it, it takes the resources.
