The Norwegian Nobel Committee looks to have acted as "useful idiots" in awarding the Peace Prize to US lackey Maria Corina Machado Parisca. Machado is tipped to be the leader of a puppet regime if the US military "liberates" Venezuela.
Machado already did the US' dirty work when she co-founded Súmate, which organized a drive to recall Hugo Chavez over two decades ago. The organization was funded by the U.S. Government, through the State Department using the National Endowment for Democracy. The Venezuelan National Assembly prohibited foreign funding of political activities. The Venezuelan courts barred Machado from running for public office.
But Machado snared a Nobel prize, thanks to a recommendation letter for 8 U.S. Republican Congress members from Florida, including 4 Cuban Americans to include then Senator Marco Rubio. The award to Machado is a reminder that Alfred Nobel, inventor of dynamite and an arms manufacturer, was known during his lifetime was known as "the merchant of the death." It is also a reminder that the most famous leader of Norway was Vidkun Quisling, who gave his name to the word "quisling," meaning collaborator.
