BREAKING: US Secretary of the Army Daniel P. Driscoll has suddenly resigned from his position at the Pentagon, following months of tension and fighting with Hegseth.
The Army leadership is now vacant, as it has no confirmed civilian secretary and no confirmed chief of staff. Hegseth already fired Chief of Staff Gen. Randy George in April.
That is the service whose Patriot batteries in Jordan fired 96 to 160 PAC-3 MSE interceptors last night, three to four rounds per Iranian missile, $380–640 million in one wave, to cover two US bases.
