There's no such thing as "war crimes against humanity." There are war crimes, and there are crimes against humanity. Two different things under international law.
"War crimes" are what you committed when you deliberately targeted an elementary school and killed 168 children in Minab. "Crimes against humanity" are what your buddy Netanyahu has been charged with at the ICC for - among other things - using starvation as a method of warfare against the people of Gaza.
