 raises in relation to the west’s relationship with  Al- Qaida.
There is no evidence as far as I’m aware that Mossad was involved. No hard evidence - the dancing Israelis and increased Mossad presence in the days preceding is circumstantial. 
But even if it were true, that would not be an accusation against Jewish people in the same way the American people are not accused for a covert CIA action, or Muslims for a particular act of terror. Or should not be, but the latter certainly are.
It would be preposterous to hold ‘Jews’ responsible for acts of terrorism in Iraq that clearly targeted other Jews - ie preparedness to take Jewish lives in order to frighten Iraq’s Jewish community into fleeing to Israel - something they had not wanted to do. According to Arab Israeli historian Avi Shlaim, those acts were committed by agents of - individuals colluding with - the Zionist Israeli regime, precisely for that purpose.
