Just so people are clear on the level of disinformation we're dealing with here in the WSJ: - Left on the map: the location of the mudslide - Right on the map: the "Chinese megaconstruction project" which they imply may have something to do with it (namely the Medog Hydropower Station project on the Yarlung Tsangpo river, which is the only thing that qualifies as a megaconstruction project in Tibet right now, alongside the Chengdu-Lhasa Railway)
