Why would Israel's Colonel Mendel feel sorry for murdering US, British, EU & Australian citizens in Gaza & being unapologetically genocidal? It made him famous in Israel & boosted his career He got support from gov leaders & a box of chocolate from settler leaders. He is now the head of the Defence Ministry's Settlements & National Infrastructure unit. Mendel is a fanatic settler who had signed a petition calling for starving Gazans to death just before he murdered those aid workers in a triple tape strike. He got away with it! Israel just closed down its sham "investigation" into the incident & blamed the victims for their own death.
