It's actually shocking to hear one of the nation's most bloodthirsty neocons -- Robert Kagan, the husband of Victoria Nuland and partner of Bill Kristol in pushing the Iraq War long before 9/11 -- admit not only that the US is often attacked as "blowback" from its own aggression, but that both Pearl Harbor and 9/11 are examples of it.
