Can someone tell me what a "Jewish flag" is? This Israel-loyal censorship advocate is celebrating a decision that he says holds that "attacking a Jew for wearing a Jewish flag" is proof of a hate crime. What he means is an ISRAELI flag, not "a Jewish flag." Conflating "Israel" and "Jews" is deemed anti-Semitic under Israel and the US's IHRA expanded hate speech codes. It's also deceitful and dangerous for obvious reasons: it tells people that if they justly hate Israel, they should hate all Jews.
