ICC member states vote 82 to 43 to remove Karim Khan as prosecutor Regardless of where people stand on this, the vote doesn't undermine the credibility of the charges against Netanyahu which were thoroughly examined & approved by ICC judges The main concern now is if Israel, the US & their allies would succeed to replace Khan with a subservient stooge who would stop pursuing Netanyahu under some lame technical pretexts of "inability to access Gaza" and in return get Trump's sanctions on the ICC lifted. This would destroy the ICC's legitimacy.
