President Trump demanding that Iran “sign on the dotted line“ or the bombing will continue, is a transparent demand for surrender. I thought we had already moved past the point to where we recognized Iran is never going to surrender. But apparently not, and now we’re going to have to learn at the hard way. Every time we strike targets in Iran, there is always return fire, and this time will likely be no different. There has always been a deal on the table that Iran would agree to, but it always required the US to *give* something in order to *get* something, and that apparently is something President Trump is unable to do. He only can demand and take everything, but that will likely fail and he will end up getting nothing. It is a dangerous game to think that we can keep on firing missiles, at our leisure, with impunity, and there will not be a powerful military response at some point that will be more painful than we can endure. President Trump is gambling that day will never show up.
