At least the Israelis do not have much doubt about what the Lebanese-Israeli agreement means. This is what the anchor on Channel 13 said: "It seems we're leading Lebanon to a civil war. Maybe it's not so bad for us, let the Lebanese government fight Hezbollah... That's been the goal from the start."
