Israeli security sources say the army is preparing to halt its ground operations in Lebanon as part of the agreement being finalized between Washington and Tehran. That doesn't mean Israel is packing up and leaving. The military reportedly plans to keep holding its buffer zone in southern Lebanon, with that issue expected to be discussed during the talks.
