Friendly reminder: NYPD data on antisemitism is worthless. In 2024, the NYPD claimed ~54% of hate crimes in NYC were targeted at Jews. https://nyc.gov/site/nypd/news/pr001/crime-down-across-new-york-city-2024-3-662-fewer-crimes 

A shocking statistic, if true. But it's false: In June 2025, Moshe Davis, the head of New York City’s antisemitism task force, revealed the truth about the data:  He said “antisemitism is currently manifesting mainly in anti-Zionist and anti-Israel activities.” https://timesofisrael.com/mayor-orders-new-york-city-to-use-ihra-definition-of-antisemitism/ 

It gets worse. The @JTAnews
 article reporting on the apparent rise in antisemitism in NYC  cites five examples of what it calls "high-profile antisemitic incidents" in New York City.  

All five of them were actions against Zionists or Zionism, not Jews or Judaism.  

Given the current definition of antisemitism, a rise in "antisemitism" means a rise in anti-genocide activism, which is a good thing.
