Qatar unfreezes $12 billion. Not the US... Trump gets to say America didn't pay Iran a dime. Technically true. Practically irrelevant.

"No tolls" in the text, but Iran charges an environmental protection fee for Strait passage. Same money, different label. Rubio said never, the MOU says never... the invoice says otherwise.

Lebanon ceasefire is in there because Iran won't move without it. That's Hezbollah getting what it wanted through the back door of a nuclear deal.
