Now, bc of his foolish and unconstitutional decision, we *have* to negotiate, from weakness, w Iran. And still the Strait is under Iranian control, something that only exists bc - again - of the war of choice. Absent that bad decision, there would b no need for a negotiated settlement, especially one that likely leaves Iran in charge of the Strait
