“The Western Hemisphere is ours.” No, it isn’t. Shouting ownership over a hemisphere does not make it yours. If loud claims created sovereignty, America’s psychiatric wards would already own the galaxy. This is not a new world order, just colonial nostalgia with a microphone. Sovereign countries do not become U.S. property because Marco Rubio had a Monroe Doctrine seizure on TV.
