If there is indeed a one page 14 point framework agreement ready to be signed it will mean Trump made the decision to cave to most Iranian demands. It's possible Iran will commit to get rid of all its enriched uranium in such a legally unenforceable framework agreement. However, it will never honor such a commitment unless Trump agrees to allow Iran to continue to produce Low Enriched Uranium up to 3.6%.
Also its important to remember that this would not an end to the Iran War but merely a 30-60 day cease-fire agreement. The April 7th cease-fire effectively ended with the US naval blockade that began on April 13th as can be seen by continued US strikes on Iran yesterday. Trump of course will spin this as a victory and might even claim he has brought 'eternal peace' to the Middle East as he claimed back in October.
