Iraq is where the unipolar moment broke.
2008 is where the financial credibility broke.
2022 is where the sanctions credibility broke.
2025 is where the allies started doing the math.
Each break was called a "challenge" that America would overcome.
At some point a series of breaks is not a challenge.
It is a trajectory.
