If Mr. Bessent is to be believed, he's stating there won't be a deal unless Iran FIRST opens the SoH without restrictions and agrees to give nuclear material up and THEN other things will be given. Iran has said no, they need to get sanctions relief and receive unfrozen assets BEFORE taking other actions. So who is telling the truth and who is lying (potentially to themselves)? We'll soon find out.
