Jewish people had the right to seek safety.
Correct.
Jewish people had the right to political self-determination.
Correct.
None of these rights, individually or combined, include the right to exercise self-determination specifically on land belonging to another population without their consent.
Rights do not come with a geographic override of other people's presence.
