Other than compliant mainstream media, nobody takes these alleged postponements seriously. Even less, any farcical claim that serious negotiations are taking place or that we are close to a negotiated end.
He’s tried it too many times, and it’s always been proven to be false. In the past, he claimed that we were in the middle of negotiations and close to a solution, when he attacked in 2025. He has also claimed that we were almost completely agreed on a negotiated solution this year. Most recently , the president made up out of thin air this accusation that the Iranians had made agreements and then changed their minds, “five times.“
It is a sad day when we can literally take nothing at face value by the president of United States. There will ultimately be a significant cost to our country for this lack of integrity.
