 3 years of war. Here is where things actually stand.

 Gaza

- Hamas has roughly 25,000 fighters, the same as before October 7
- Tunnel infrastructure intact, rockets being rebuilt
- No interim government. Hamas still politically in control

 Lebanon

- Hezbollah not disarmed, north or south of the Litani
Leadership reorganized and now more resistant to assassinations than before
- FPV drones have turned northern Israeli settlements into ghost towns

 Iran

- Islamic Republic more entrenched than before the war
- Ballistic missiles, drones, and conventional forces largely intact
- Large HEU stockpile remains. Nuclear breakout: 6 months to a year
- Strait of Hormuz under Iranian control
- Most U.S. bases in the region rendered unusable

 Yemen:

- Houthis still control most of Yemen
- Hundreds of ballistic missiles and thousands of drones capable of hitting Israel
- Bab Al-Mandab can be closed at any moment

The stated war objectives were Hamas destroyed, Hezbollah disarmed, Iran defanged. The scorecard does not reflect that.
