Would you trust yourself if you were in Iran’s position?

If Ambassador is genuinely raising this question, here is the answer: The Islamic Republic is the product of a revolution whose core objective was to reclaim Iran’s independence from foreign influence and diktat. In this context, Iran’s scientific progress - achieved amid U.S. sanctions, maximum pressure and isolation - has become a matter of national pride, identity, dignity and independence. Over time, “enrichment” has come to symbolise this broader sense of national achievement and self-reliance. That's why Iran willing to risk "sooo much" for its civil nuclear enrichment. Proud civilisations accept serious risks when core elements of their independence, identity, and sovereignty are at stake. Furthermore, your track record, attitude, and condescending rhetoric do not inspire confidence. There is no evidence there will be an end to your demands. If Iran concedes on enrichment, everything indicates that you will likely pocket the concession, tear up the agreement, and move the goalposts to the next Iranian achievement. Even if tearing up the agreement were not in your own national interest, Iran has every reason to believe Israel would ultimately compel you to do so. So the real question is: Would you trust yourself if you were in Iran’s position?

The Iranian Regime is getting desperate. It’s running out of storage. Capping its oil wells will be next. One has to wonder why the Regime is willing to risk sooo much for supposedly “civil” nuclear enrichment….. x.com/shanaka86/stat…
