Why’d the US decline to enforce its de facto blockade on Cuba for Russia?

The US didn't decline to enforce anything. It simply realized it can't. Russia moved oil to Cuba. Mexico is restarting shipments. China is building solar farms. The blockade only works when the whole world plays along. Now the world is playing a different game. The empire can issue statements. It can threaten sanctions. But it cannot put a navy in every port, block every transaction, and intimidate every nation all at once. It is overstretched. And everyone knows it. So Russia moves. Mexico moves. Cuba keeps standing. And the US watches because the alternative is a confrontation it cannot win without losing everything else. That is not decline. That is collapse in slow motion. And the rest of the world is already planning for the aftermath.
