He was just fired as the Director of University of Washington's Middle East center.
He committed the egregious crime of establishing a lecture series to honor the memory of the former UW student, Ayşenur Ezgi Eygi, murdered by the US-Israeli axis of evil in Palestine in 2024. melc.washington.edu/people/aria-fa

He furthered committed the egregious crime of stating that "Israeli actions tell us that they seek the destruction of the state, not just its ruling class.”
