Stone ages.’ Tuesday 8PM will be the moment when the last shreds of the liberal mask used to cover naked, ruthless imperialism will disintegrate. War crimes and collective punishment, designed to immiserate and impoverish over 90+ million Iranians. If Trump thinks sending Iran back to the stone ages will stop Iranians chanting ‘death to America’, he is sorely mistaken. Millions of young Iranians will grow up surrounded by destruction caused by the US and Israel, and will only cause those who support the Islamic Revolution to become even more hardline, and demand further revenge against the US… Meaning potentially an even more fearsome threat in years to come.
