He sells peace as a premium add-on to wars he escalated.
He sells his own reckless destruction back to his audience as evidence of mastery.
And because his base confuses humiliation with authenticity, they eat it up.
He is not above them.
He is their reflection.
The loud, orange, boastful face of a culture that thinks not finishing the crime counts as virtue.
