It’s not right to call what Israel is doing just an invasion bc that would suggest an eventual departure.
The Israelis plan a PERMANENT OCCUPATION of the territory they enter in south lebanon. That’s what they mean by “a tactical step to create an additional layer of security for the residents of northern Israel.”
The displacement notices they’re issuing are meant to empty south Lebanon of Lebanese for what the Israelis hope will be forever.
