Bahrain facing problems. There are significant riots going on. Throwing Molotovs at cops and such.
Bahrain is a 3/4 Shia population ruled over by a Sunni king and his minority tribal network. Some of you may remember the "Arab Spring" -- back then, they begged the Saudis for a military intervention to put down the Shia protests.
The Shia of Bahrain naturally look to Iran, and for various parts of history it was actually part of the Persian state. The current war is destabilizing Bahrain pretty heavily; a majority of the population is opposed to its rulers, to Israel, to the US.
It's also why Iran has such excellent HUMINT over there.
