They narrowed FARA enforcement to 1917 espionage standards.
Unless you're literally stealing nuclear secrets, you can't be prosecuted.
Here's the playbook they protected:
Foreign Ministry → International PR Firm → US "Policy Advocacy" Nonprofits → Contractors who never register
documented the Israeli operation. Ministry of Foreign Affairs → Havas Media → Clock Tower X, Bridges Partners, Show Faith By Works.
The employees register under FARA. The 1099 contractors doing the actual work? Never register. Never disclose.
And now they can't be touched.

Create independent enforcement outside DOJ political control

Because right now? The only accountability left is sunlight.
