Trump is openly announcing that after the kidnapping of Maduro, Venezuela will now be forced to spend its oil revenue exclusively on American products.
Venezuela sells its oil → the money is recycled back into U.S. corporations → the U.S. controls the grid, medicine, agriculture, and energy infrastructure → compliance is enforced by sanctions, blockades, and the implicit threat of further force.
