Journalist Jasper Nathaniel says a few AIPAC-funded lawmakers actually tried to help free the American teen who spent nine months in Israeli prisons — but told Nathaniel they had to do it “secretly.”
“I’ve since seen some of these lawmakers getting pilloried on social media for doing nothing, and they can’t even come out and say ‘actually we did help,’ because that’s how afraid of AIPAC they are,” Nathaniel said.
He added that it was not Schumer, Gillibrand, or Goldman.
